Nuribill,a subsidiary of smart energy solutions company NuriFlex(CEO Jeong-Hoon Han, www.nuriflex.co.kr), announced on June 2 that it has signed an agreement with Zhongjing International Trade for the development and operation of an O2O e-commerce platform, marking the start of its expansion into platform-based business opportunities in the Chinese market. The agreement is intended to support Zhongjing International Trade, efforts to expand its platform-based distribution business in China. Under the agreement, Nuribill plans to develop and implement an O2O (Online-to-Offline) e-commerce platform and an integrated operations management system by the end of this year. Through its partnership with Zhongjing International Trade, Nuribill plans to gradually expand the scope of cooperation beyond the O2O platform business into AI-based services and environmentally friendly energy projects, thereby establishing a broader business ecosystem. As an initial milestone, the company aims to complete the development of the O2O e-commerce platform and operations management system by year-end. Zhongjing Group (http://jgyy1793.com) is engaged in the distribution of fresh food, processed food products, and Korean consumer goods through its network of 1,793 franchise stores in the Guangzhou region and distribution partners across China. The company plans to further expand its business utilizing the O2O platform developed by Nuribill. Following the platform launch, Nuribillwill continue to serve as Zhongjing Group's technology partner, providing platform operation and technical support services. NuriFlex and Nuribill plan to use this agreement as a foundation for expanding platform-based business opportunities and building a next-generation business ecosystem in China through a phased approach. In the first phase, the companies plan to establish an O2O (Online-to-Offline) e-commerce platform integrating online and offline distribution channels across China by the end of this year. The platform will combine Zhongjing Group's extensive distribution network with Nuribill'splatform technology, creating a digital infrastructure to support the distribution of fresh food, processed food products, and Korean goods that are in demand within the Chinese market. In the second phase, based on the business cooperation MOU signed in April, the companies plan to explore various AI-driven business models by incorporating artificial intelligence technologies into the distribution platform. Potential initiatives under review include AI-enabled healthcare advisory services and personalized advertising services. The companies also intend to evaluate additional business opportunities utilizing platform user data and AI-based analytics capabilities. In the third phase, the companies plan to expand their cooperation into environmentally friendly energy sectors by leveraging NuriFlex's smart energy technologies. Areas under consideration include the deployment and operation of solar power generation systems for logistics centers and industrial facilities, as well as the development of energy operation and management platforms. Cho Song-Man, CEO of Nuribill, stated: "This agreement is particularly meaningful as it represents the first project combining the platform and smart energy technologies of NuriFlex and Nuribill with Zhongjing Group's local distribution network in China." "Starting with the O2O e-commerce platform, we plan to gradually expand a next-generation business ecosystem that encompasses AI-based services and environmentally friendly energy businesses. We will continue to identify innovative business models tailored to the Chinese market and create new business opportunities through ongoing collaboration with our partners. <Caption> In April 2026, NuriFlex CEO Jeong-Hoon Han (left) and Mr. Li Xuemin (李学珉), Chairman of Zhongjing Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic business cooperation.
